Nikon has down the price of their previously announced digital camera CoolPix S01 is an ultra-mini camera small in size to easily put into pocket but give quality images with stylish design, easy to use touch screen with four home screen user interface, Easy Auto Mode automatically selects scene mode and exposure according to shooting situation and In-Camera Image Editing allow user to change color and effects.

The Nikon CoolPix S01 is available from September at price of $179.95 from Nikonand $96.95 from Amazonin White, Red, Silver and Pink colors.

The Nikon S01 has 10.1-mega pixels CCD image sensor, 3x wide angle NIKKOR lens with 29-87mm wide angle view, EXPEED C2 image processing engine, Xenon flash for low light conditions, 2.5-inch touch screen LCD with anti-reflection coating and 720p HD video recording.

It also has 7.3GB built-in storage, 80-1600 ISO sensitivity, Hi-Speed USB, dimension 77 x 51.2 x 17.2 mm, weight 96 grams and EN-EL11 Li-Ion battery takes 190 shots at single charge.

Press the dedicated video button to shoot 1080 60i HD video in ACVHD or AVI formats which is good but can’t be called great. In short, you can’t depend on the camera for professional footage.

Moving on to the shooting modes, Olympus EP3 DSLR Camera comes with 23 different Auto settings which may bug you while trawling through the most appropriate one. There are 10 art filters including Black & white, Pop Art, soft focus and pinhole which add unique effects to your shots.

This DSLR camera accompanies Lithium Ion battery and ACK-E8 AC adapter. One full battery charge can capture 330 Still shots and can fetch approx. 1.5 hrs of Movie recording.
